The location is a total win, with plenty of food spots around, making it super convenient for meals. I loved the overall ambiance too; the reception area looked nice and cute. Plus, the staff at the front desk were pretty helpful which made the check-in process smoother.

But honestly, I was really disappointed! The bathroom smelled like sewage, and the apartment was way overpriced for what was offered. There was no microwave or stove, just not practical for a multi-person stay. the lack of soundproofing was a nightmare with all the noise at night. Security felt sketchy too, with doors not locking properly. Ugh, such a frustrating experience!

wake-up service, available in my studio suite, was a nice bonus. an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk were perfect. the location was magnificent and stunning, just a short stroll away from royal william yard.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and best can provide additional tips.

The spacious room offered a smart TV with Bluetooth connectivity for music and YouTube, which was a great touch. I loved the option for housekeeping on my terms—only when I wanted it. Plus, the many bins and air circulation options made it easy to keep my space comfortable and tidy. The staff displayed professionalism, and the room service was impressively fast, enhancing my overall experience.

the location was good and marvellous, near from everything that could need, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. also, this hotel was situated 2 miles from tourist destination like olaya park.

Convenient Location

This place is close to fast food joints, city attractions, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The room was big and super clean, and they even had smoke detectors for safety. 🏨

The room was quite spacious and had lovely furniture. The decorations were pretty impressive, and the hotel was situated in a very convenient location. The car parking was underground and very easy to find, which added to our convenience.

The hotel is still under construction and not fully ready to be occupied. The noise levels were very high, and there was a lot of construction happening throughout our stay.

The apartments were new and clean. the room was spacious and the decorations were lovely. the furniture appeared to be well-maintained. Plus, the location of the hotel was ideal for my business trip.
